Egg Poppers are the best…I make them almost every week because I am always running late in the morning so it is a great way for me to get a Protein Packed breakfast.
Protein Pepper Poppers
Chop up the peppers and onion, mix with dozen egg whites and 2 yolks, and garlic salt pour into muffin tin that holds 12, bake at 350-400 for 15-20 minutes. If you don’t like peppers add your favorite veggies:)
