2 Acorn Squash Stuffing 1 pound Italian seasoned ground chicken 2 cups celery chopped 1/2 medium onion diced 1 Apple pealed and diced 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1 package instant brown rice Directions Preheat oven to 400 Cut Squash in 1/2 and scoop out seeds. Place squash face down on cookie sheet with a little olive oil. Bake for 30 minutes. Sauté onion and celery together add apple and set aside.
